Information we collect
When you request a calculator report, we collect your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, marketing-consent choice, calculator used, report action, result summary, and submission time. Detailed calculator entries are not stored with the lead record. If you request the W-4 report by email, the four-page PDF containing the figures and W-4 entries you supplied is transmitted to our email provider to deliver it to you.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the requested report, notify ClervOx of the request, respond to service inquiries, maintain lead records, and send marketing messages only when you separately opt in.
Service providers
Website infrastructure and database storage are provided through the website hosting platform. Transactional report and lead-notification emails are delivered through Resend. These providers process information only to provide their services.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your calculator lead information. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
